What is Orthopedic PT?

Orthopedic Physical Therapy refers to rehabilitation from pain or injuries of your spine or extremities. At Whole Body Physical Therapy, we understand how important movement and activity is to your life. Experiencing difficulty in functioning with daily activities, exercise or sports or dealing with persistent pain can be draining, frustrating and even devastating. All areas of our lives—work, family, recreation, and mental health can be affected.

The goal at Whole Body Physical Therapy is to help you return to your optimal level of function whether it be with daily activities, exercise or sport.

This takes a whole body approach in evaluation and treatment— continually assessing and re-assessing, listening and working together with you, providing guidance, and utilizing skilled and effective treatment strategies.

“Finding help for an injury can be so hard and frustrating, especially as an athlete. It took me several attempts at finding someone who spoke my language until I met April. Her being an athlete and being adaptable to your injury and setting guidelines for your recovery for your sports/interest was everything I was looking for. After multiple surgeries and layers of problems from them, I have gotten back to my true passions (MMA/skateboarding). She truly put the building blocks back together in a way no one else could.”
